Iron Swap is provided as a peer-to-peer Solana swap utility. Blockchain transactions, wallets, RPC services, NFT metadata providers, SPL token accounts, smart contracts, escrow programs, and browser wallet integrations can fail, be delayed, malfunction, or behave unexpectedly.
Availability
The service is provided subject to availability. Iron Swap may be unavailable, interrupted, delayed, limited, modified, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, upgrades, outages, security reasons, RPC failures, wallet failures, network congestion, hosting issues, or other causes.
No Guarantee of Successful Swap
Creating, funding, accepting, releasing, canceling, or refunding a swap may fail. Assets may require manual review or manual recovery if a transaction, token account setup, RPC call, wallet signature, vault operation, escrow program, or smart contract action fails.
Asset Loss and Malfunction Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Swap and its operators are not responsible for asset loss, transaction failure, UI failure, incorrect wallet use, smart contract failure, escrow program failure, RPC failure, wallet failure, NFT metadata failure, SPL token account failure, network congestion, user error, browser malfunction, third-party service malfunction, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing every wallet address, NFT mint, SOL amount, SPL token mint, token amount, platform fee, and transaction prompt before signing. Never sign a transaction you do not understand or approve.
Manual Backup
Iron Swap may include manual administrative backup, retry, refund, or recovery workflows. These workflows are not guaranteed to be immediate or successful and may depend on network conditions, token account availability, wallet compatibility, and asset state.

Iron Swap does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, or custody advice. You should make your own decisions and use low-value tests before using meaningful assets.
Acceptance
By using Iron Swap, connecting a wallet, creating an offer, accepting an offer, signing a transaction, or using any related feature, you acknowledge and accept these risks and terms.
